Obukan Judo Tournament Judo in Portland OR in april

The Obukan Judo tournament will be held April 17, 2010, at Warner Pacific College in Portland Oregon.
In addition to Junior and Senior shiai there will be a masters division and kata competition in Nage no Kata and Katame no kata. Come see us in Portland. Watch www.obukanjudo.com for details

Well, for any of you that want to do more than sit in the bleachers you will need the attached registration info.
For the bleacher division (as well as everybody else), we will also have a snack bar and spiffy t-shirts.

The snack bar will have actual food. There will be breakfast selections as well as a fresh (as in cooked on site) lunch box available. Cf coure for those who like it, we will also have donuts, chip, candy and other usual snack bar items. And, the really spiffy t shirts with original art by Taigyo.

Mmm, snack bar.
This year we will once again be awarding commemorative knives to the winners of the brown and black belt divisions. We did this last year too in memory of Obukan member and famous knife designer the late Al Mar, who used to present his knives to the winners of the black belt divisions.
