Entries are still coming in. Attached is a list of competitors and their respective universities and colleges. A few athletes are competing in the Novice and Standard Divisions. We expect a few more entries to arrive on Wed and Thu.

West Point (USMA) entries have not arrived but they have confirmed 30 judokas are attending.

You've got some duplicate names on your list. Is that due to competing in multiple divisions?
Do you confirm eligibility (e.g contact the Registrar who signed the entry form), or use the honor system?

Duplicate names are due to some competing in the Novice and Standard divisions. A novice (green and below) may compete in both divisions. Brown and Black belts can only compete in the standard division. Novice will compete first.

The athletes NEED to have a form from the registrars office stating they are students in good standing. The eligibility rules are on the entry form. In the past, we would have someone walk up and not have any verification from the college that they are students. Those individuals would could not compete because the NCJA could not verify their status. This is why we have no walk up registration.
