I need help. My kids have been going to tournaments for the last 1 1/2 years. Last year we went to a tournament in Denton, TX. called Mose Woodson. A lot of kids received trophies and told me it was for the Texas All-Star Program. This year I noticed we attended several tournaments that were also labeled ALL-Star Events. I've tried searching and could find results for 2008 but nothing about how to become one. I believe it is something earned through Texas Judo but their web site is not working right. Does anyone know what does one need to do to become an All-Star?
