Hello

About two weeks ago I ordered, and paid for, LEGENDARY SOFT JUDO from ALLFIGHTINGSPORTS.COM. Today I made a call, from the support call number found on their website, to this company and asked about my order. I left a message with BRAIN BIRCH, the customer support person, and I mentioned my order. He told me that he new nothing about soft judo dvds or any of the other dvds they sell on the website and I must of had a wrong number!

Well, latter that evening I checked the website and I did have the correct number and Brian Birch was the customer support person. So I called again. This time he answered and after I mentioned again about Soft Judo and my order he told me to hold on the line for a minute. I waited 10-15 minutes before hanging up..he never retured! I called 3 more times and no one answered the phone...just MR. Birches answering machine. I left a few messages and sent an email and had not gotten a reply back.

Anyone else have problems with this company and Brian Birch? They suppose to have great customer support, least says so on website, but they failed horribly in their actions!

Be carefull if ordering from ALLFIGHTINGSPORTS.COM for the LEGENDARY SOFT JUDO or any other DVD.

HEADS-UP! :sad(

Virtually the same problem.

Tried ordering the set for Xmas, for some reason could not complete the sale on line.

Tried contacting them several times via phone and email to no avail.

Then found a few days later, that my Visa card had been stopped while trying to do another transaction, this company had tried to process my card 4 times, hence Visa taking a security procedure and stopping my card.

Finally received an email from a Julie under Bobby Darling's email address, asking for payment by money order, but did explain they have had system problems they are trying to resolve.

This email recieived was after a week of trying to get contact.

Needless to say I did not send the money order and spent my Xmas prezzie money elsewhere :hap:

Late breaking (good) news! I had spoken to Nicholas Mechling, manager of ALLFIGHTINGSPORTS.COM, and he had taken care for my concerns/problems with my DVD purchase. He had told me that Brian no longer works in that departmant and that he would personaly see to it that my order was processed ASAP.

I now wish to stay ALLFIGHTINGSPORTS is a great place to order from and has outstanding customer service! Just that this one guy(Brian) made them look bad and lost some orders/customers. Nicholas Mechling told me to tell you guys that if any of you had problems with your orders to please contact him direct...1888MARTIAL.

GOOD JOB...Nicholas Mechling :hap:

I suggest you edit the title of this topic to reflect your revised assessment. Your complaint had nothing to do with the DVD Soft Judo and you make it sound like the DVD is a ripoff. Many people only read the title of a topic and may be left with a bad impression that the DVD itself does not deserve.

Judo Monk - Thanks for the update, will remember this for ordering later in the year.

Judo Sensei - don't think it sounded at all like the poster was indicating the DVD's were a rip off, just bad customer service on the companies behalf, similar to myself.

I have the utmost respect for Izumi Sensei and his Judo.

When I saw the title, that is exactly what I thought.

Everybody thinks differently and views things differently, I did not take the title that way, the "No Customer Support" part of the title grabbed my attention rather than something to do with "the DVD is a ripoff" as suggested and viewed by another........anyways at least some resolution on the companies behalf appears to have been made for the original poster.

I think what you are commenting on is the new title that was revised in accordance with my suggestion. Originally it was quite different.

No, the original title was I believe - SOFT JUDO, NO DVD, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT

As per my posts, what caught my attention as stated in my 2nd post was the No Customer Support in the title, which was the similarity, I had experienced, to the original poster on trying to make contact with the company concerned.

Nothing additional was implied or intended to be taken as such and / or no comments to the change of new title, now the topic has been moved, which I have only just been made aware off by yourself.

That the topic is moved to the Gear section, is a good decision. The Gear section is about DVD when it's about prices, customer support, product availability etc, while the Judo Video section is about the contents of the DVD. Clear enough.

That I edited the title, is because the post by JudoSensei was spot on imo. The topic is about customer support poblems of one specific company, and not about the DVD itself. The suggestion that there would be something wrong with the general customer support for the 'Soft Judo DVD' or that a DVD purchase would mean that you don't get it really, is not what the topic is about.
