Hi CK

Dont ya just wish they could have put some more passion in it, speed it up a bit, id love to have seen their warm ups, a bit of nage komi maybe, or randori

I am a bit dissapointed to see them wearing footwear whilst performing the Kata however. <_<

Hope you are keeping well, thanks for bringing more resources

Is there a Guiness Book of World Records category for judo kata? :manoyes:

World's Highest Ju no Kata - and better than many, even with their looking behind to make sure they don't back off the mountain.....

I agree, but then again they have been showing passion enough in some of the other threads tonight ! :big grin:

By the way, I am not going to post the Ju-no-kata myself and Jenna performed one time, no matter how hard you beg. <_<

Well, judo is supposed to be a total activity, so it is essential to get both your heartrate and lung ventilation up. You should attend one of her clinics. Her newaza and kuchiwaza are pretty good too, and she is quite flexible, with good tai-sabaki, excellent use of her hara, though her shisentai is sometimes a bit wide. <_<
