Brazil announces it’s official team members as follow:

Male:
-60kg: Denílson Lourenço (SP)
-66kg: João Derly (RS)
-73kg: Leandro Guilheiro (SP)
-81kg: Tiago Camilo (RS)
-90kg: Eduardo Santos (SP)
-100kg: Luciano Correa (MG)
+100kg: João Gabriel Schlittler (RJ)

Female:
-48kg: Sarah Menezes (PI)
-52kg: Érika Miranda (MG)
-57kg: Ketleyn Quadros (MG)
-63kg: Danielli Yuri Barbosa (SP)
-70kg: Mayra Aguiar (RS)
-78kg: Edinanci Silva (SP)
+78kg: Priscila Marques (SP)

BJJ is easy on my body because I don't have to take falls! If I get caught in something, I tap! In judo, you can't tap in the middle air expecting the other guy to put you back on your feet!

Prasilia is not qualified at this point, but we still have 2 tournaments to go...

What is impressive is that in every other weight, Brazil is #1 or #2 in the Pan Am Union.

And except from -60kg and -90kg all men have medals in world or olympics this is what I would call impressive.
