Curious - why is the Go-no-sen kata not considered an 'official' Judo kata?

Is it deficient in some way...or are politics involved?

Let me save him the trouble: wait for C.K.'s book.

I have instructed my secretary to put you on the list of people who have deserved receiving a signed copy. -_-

My book contains a disclaimer that I decline all responsibility for any riots, except for Australia where riots are not considered criminal activity but everyday fitness training for Aussie-rules Rugby. <_<

I have instructed my secretary to put you on the list of people who have deserved receiving a visit from her. She's no Jenna though.

Yes: we also mate in a similar manner.

Sometimes even during rugby.

Love...finds a way.

BTW - I managed to break a girls nose during a game of rugby once. We were playing in mud, during a rainstorm and I just couldn't stop in time. I was mortified beyond belief...but she smiled and popped in back into place.

I still can't decide if that was a come on or not.

Now...tell me about go-no-sen kata please :)

Are there corresponding sen no sen / sensen no sen kata's? Or are they covered in other kata?

Wow! This one is way off!

I wish that i could comment on this kata. Aside from practicing it more that 10 years ago and seeing it demonstrated at the 2001 Pan-Ams, i can not comment.

Does that mean you don't want me to post a video clip and ask you to judge it ? <_<

Cichorei Kano-san,

I would love to have you post a clip!

I would cringe at the thought of judging it!

It was not developed by Jigoro Kano, nor by the Kodokan.
